Booking the trip & Terms of payment

All bookings to be made through Program Manager Mrs. Marjut Sirola ( This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it ). After you have received advance invoice for the trip, please make the payment shortly. A 50 % non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your reservation and Final non-refundable payment is required and due 90 days prior to departure.

After the trip is confirmed all clients need to fill up the two special client questionnaires (See Downloads) and send them back to Mrs. Sirola by email (as scanned) at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. Please send us also full scan or copy of your passport (ALL PAGES BEARING ANY INFORMATION = Personal information page + pages with old visas & stamps & markings.

Refunds/credits cannot be issued for fishing/waiting time lost due to inclement weather. Any trip booked within 90 days of starting date of the trip from Murmansk will require full non-refundable payment within 14 days of invoice date to confirm arrangements;

Cancelling the trip

If you must cancel, immediately notify us by email.In this case the following fees will be charged:
a. 90 days or more before departure date: 50% of trip cost
b. 60 to 89 days before departure date: 75 % of trip cost
c. Less than 60 days before departure date or no-show: 100 % of trip cost
The operator (Sportfish Tour)also reserves the right to cancel the trip for any other reason judged necessary.
